KEY AREAS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Response to any trouble ticket opened on a timely basis
  2. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via visit, email, and phone
  3. Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to the Internet, voice, and IPTV
  4. Configuration equipment to connect to the internet, voice, and IPTV via modem/DSL Router, router switch, SIP Phone, Mikrotik switch, mange switch (layer 2)
  5. Daily report about trouble ticket
  6. Incumbent must be able to work shifts and on-call

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Academic / Professional Qualification : Graduated from Telecommunication/computer/informatics Bachelor or Diploma
  2. Working Experience: Minimal 1 year relevant working experience
  3. Expertise / Skills / Language: Several operation systems (Linux/Windows/Unix), DSL System, LAN, WAN, telecommunication network, Telco cabling, Cisco
  4. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical, statistical knowledge, and skill in problem-solving, able to work under pressure and has the ability to work within a team, able to communicate in English (oral & written)
  5. Advantage to have worked in the Pay TV/Internet/Telephone Industry in related position
  6. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply

Network Operation Centre (NOC)

KEY AREAS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Managing trouble ticket/inquires, follow up, and provide solutions for second level support
  2. Day to day manage triple play network equipment : router, switch, firewall, MSAN, modem, dslam, etc
  3. Monitoring triple play services network using NOC tools, conduct preventive, and corrective maintenance
  4. Create security policy and documented all security aspect
  5. First level services problem escalation

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Graduated from Telecommunication/Computer/IT
  2. Min. 1 year of relevant working experience, advanced to have worked in the Pay TV/Internet/Telephony industry in related position
  3. Have experienced to configure Alcatel Lucent, CISCO, Procurve Microtic preferred
  4. Personal Attributes : Teamwork, Communicative, Friendly, and ready to work on shifting (3 Shift/day)
